At Words of a Feather Expressions, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because all of our items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
